1. Who can buy from Zippy MediCare

We supply registered pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, medical centers, NGOs, and licensed healthcare providers across Ghana. We do not sell directly to individual consumers or unlicensed entities.

2. Are you licensed by the Pharmacy Council and FDA Ghana?

Yes. We are fully licensed and regulated by the Pharmacy Council of Ghana and the Food and Drugs Authority (FDA) to operate as a wholesale pharmaceutical supplier.

3. What types of products do you supply?

We offer a wide range of products including:

  • Prescription (Rx) medicines
  • Over-the-counter (OTC) products
  • Medical devices and consumables
  • Vaccines and cold chain products
  • Nutritional and herbal supplements

4. Do you offer delivery services across Ghana?

Yes. We provide nationwide delivery through our reliable logistics partners. Delivery times vary by location, but most orders within Accra and major cities are fulfilled within 1–2 working days.

5. Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Yes. As a wholesale distributor, we have minimum order requirements based on product category and value. Please contact our sales team for MOQ details.

7. What payment methods do you accept?

Payment terms for credit customers can be discussed based on prior agreements.

8. Can I request a specific brand or manufacturer?

Absolutely. We work with both local and international manufacturers and can source specific brands upon request, depending on availability and regulatory approval.

9. Do you offer credit or payment terms?

We offer credit facilities to pre-qualified customers such as hospitals and long-term partners, subject to approval. Contact us to discuss eligibility and terms.

10. What is your return or refund policy?

Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products, we only accept returns for:

  • Damaged goods received upon delivery
  • Incorrect products sent in error

All claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery and be accompanied by proof of purchase and product condition.

11. Do you handle cold chain products?

Yes, we have cold chain storage and transport capabilities to handle temperature-sensitive products like vaccines and certain injectables. We ensure cold chain integrity during transport and delivery.

12. How can I become a registered customer or partner?

To register as a wholesale customer:

  • Provide copies of your facility license, GPhC certificate, and TIN number
  • Fill out our customer registration form (available upon request)

Once approved, you can begin placing bulk orders with us.
