Zippy MediCare — Returns & Refunds Policy
Due to the sensitive nature of pharmaceutical products, Zippy MediCare has strict rules regarding returns and refunds. This policy ensures compliance with regulatory standards in Ghana and protects the safety of our clients and end-users.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Products may only be returned if they were supplied in error, are damaged upon arrival, or do not match the order placed.
- Products must remain sealed, untampered, and in their original packaging.
- Requests for returns must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been opened, tampered with, or partially used.
- Temperature-sensitive medicines (e.g., cold-chain products), unless delivered in a compromised state.
- Products returned after the 48-hour window.
- Any product not accompanied by original proof of purchase.
3. Return Process
To request a return, please:
- Contact our Returns Desk via email or phone within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide order details, invoice number, and reason for return.
- Await authorization from our team before sending products back.
- Authorized returns will be collected by our delivery partners or delivered to our main warehouse by the customer.
4. Refunds
- Refunds are processed only after the returned items are inspected and approved.
- Approved refunds will be made within 7–14 business days using the original payment method.
- If a replacement product is preferred, it will be dispatched at no additional cost.
5. Customer Responsibility
It is the responsibility of the customer to check all products at the time of delivery. Any concerns should be reported immediately to ensure swift resolution.
